About the Pre-Accelerator
The Venture Center’s Pre-Accelerator is the first step toward viability for early-stage companies. The objective is to move quickly from startup idea to business through customer validation. The Pre-Accelerator lays the framework for early-stage entrepreneurs to learn the skills of executing on their idea.
This program is an intense, 14-week curriculum that guides new entrepreneurs through the process of developing a minimum viable product (MVP), testing assumptions, and gaining customer validation.
The program is held twice a year--in the Spring and Fall--every Monday night from 6-9 p.m. In addition to curriculum classes, the Pre-Accelerator cohort has access to unique networking opportunities and targeted mentorship to help them move their businesses forward dramatically.
