[LITTLE ROCK, Ark.] Aug. 10, 2017 - HEXANIKA, alumni of the 2016 VC FinTech Accelerator, is set to announce it's Fair Lending Solution® at the 2018 HMDA training conference, held August 29-30 at The Venture Center.
Presented by Wallace Consulting Co., LLC, the training is an immersive, two-day training which will explore new HMDA rules and data fields, change management challenges and solutions, and fair lending risk management best practices—including statistical analyses of lending risks.
HEXANIKA uses cutting edge, seamless technology to analyze loan data and demographics in addressing fair lending risks faced by lending institutions per the Interagency Fair Lending Examination Procedures (IFLEP). The Fair Lending Solution® provides a simple, graphical user interface to investigate IFLEP risk factors for each loan product, both at the institution level and within each market. Relying on statistical testing methodologies to determine where fair lending risks are greatest allows for resources to be devoted to areas with the highest potential for findings of discrimination.
