If the idea of having your employees return to work sounds as equally nerve-wracking as it does refreshingly normal, you are not alone. As with most COVID-19 related matters, transitioning employees back to the workplace during a pandemic will be a first for the majority of U.S.-based employers. Given the potentially dangerous consequences of a poorly handled transition, however, trying to navigate the return-to-work process without any planning or preparation is a risky proposition.
