2006-2016 IMWell Health, as a cofounder for a startup company that establishes primary care clinics onsite or near site for large employers with self-funded health plans in Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas. Annual revenue grew to $10 million in revenue in 2015. Business was sold to Premise Health in 2016.

1987-2006 Healthscope Benefits, a managed healthcare company and third party administrator. Led management buyout from CNA Insurance. Management buyout included $9MM in venture capital investmen. While COO and CEO from 2001-2006, I led the company from $18 MM to $31 MM in revenue while maintaining a profitable business.

1978-1987 Baptist Health. Started as a registered nurse providing direct patient care and was steadily promoted to evening shift supervisor for general surgery floors, unit supervisor for a 40 bed neurology/neurosurgery floor and then Vice President for 140 bed Baptist Rehabilitation Institute.
