Originally from Little Rock, Pat Mason recently moved back to Arkansas after 22 years of working in finance and technology in San Francisco. He has held a variety of technical positions with IBM, American Airlines, multiple investment banks as an internet/software equity analyst including E*Offering.com and some other startup software companies.

With experience in the beverage and communications industries, John moved to banking in 2010 as a payments consultant where he has worked to provide payment solutions for middle market companies and governmental entities.
With nearly 15 years of public relations and brand management experience gained through a number of roles in corporate, nonproﬁt and agency organizations, Heide Harrell works for one of the region's top advertising agencies, Stone Ward, as senior brand manager and senior public relations account manager.
Heide has a deep knowledge and understanding of public relations, marketing campaigns, media campaigns and crisis communications strategies. In addition, Heide has obtained the Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) through the Public Relations Society of America and has a Master's degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communications.
John Foley became interested in a banking career as a teenager while cleaning banks with his father's janitorial service.
Foley later worked as a teller en route to graduating with a bachelor's degree in finance from Eastern Illinois University in Charleston in 1985. He joined Landmark Bank in Fairview Heights, Ill., as a management trainee. In 1989, the native of Belleville, Ill., moved to Bank of America.
Foley worked in corporate loan review in St. Louis and commercial lending in Cape Girardeau, Mo., and became the local president in Lebanon, Mo.
He ended his 14 years with Bank of America in Little Rock as small business banking market manager for Arkansas and southern Missouri and later joined Little Rock's Metropolitan National Bank. He currently serves as the executive director of FRA Financial Group
John is a volunteer with the Ark-ansas Scholars Program and a member of the Downtown Development Partnership. Among his past civic work are Rotary International, Big Brother Big Sister and fund raising for the American Diabetes Association and American Heart Association.
