Capital Expertise - Funding process experts with tactical expertise in intellectual property development, valuation, negotiation, tax credits, warrants, cap tables, etc.
Industry Expertise - Recognized industry leaders who can provide assistance navigating the complexities and connections within sectors such as government, healthcare, automotive and retail.
Functional Expertise - Advisers of in-house functional areas such as finance, marketing, operations and sales provide guidance during this critical development period.
