Please share about your business, where it’s located, and what led you to starting it.

I focuses on helping accredited investors build passive income streams and a lasting legacy through real estate investments, allowing them to focus on what truly matters in their lives. While I operate from my home office, my clients are primarily based on the West Coast, in Arizona, Texas, and Northwest Arkansas.

I stumbled upon this path after realizing how stressful and time-consuming it was to own and manage my own rental properties. I felt stuck, unable to achieve the time, financial, and geographic freedom I was truly passionate about. This frustration led me to attend a conference in Dallas about passive investing, where I discovered a whole new world of opportunities. From that moment, I knew I wanted to help others achieve financial freedom without the headaches of active property management. And that’s how my journey into passive real estate investing began.

What goals do you hope to achieve for your business during your time in VCWoman Achieve?

Building Sustainable Income/profit for the business; Finding other potential talent and partner to grow the business.

What drew you to being part of a mentorship group specifically curated for non-men? How has being a woman or non-binary individual impacted your journey as an entrepreneur?

As a woman in the male-dominated fields of finance and commercial real estate, I’ve experienced firsthand the unique challenges women face in becoming successful business leaders. It’s no secret that if you search for lists of successful businesswomen versus businessmen, the difference is stark. We are biologically wired differently, and society often places different expectations on us, which can make navigating entrepreneurial spaces even more challenging.

This recognition of disparities is part of why I became a founding board member and Events Chair for CREW NWA (Commercial Real Estate Women) in Northwest Arkansas. I’m passionate about creating spaces where women can connect, support one another, and thrive in industries where we are often underrepresented.

By joining this mentorship program, I hope to learn from other women who’ve faced similar challenges and accelerate my growth. Being part of a community that understands and shares these experiences would be invaluable as I continue to push forward in finance and commercial real estate investment.
