Why are you here at The Venture Center?

Whether it’s making an introduction, being a soundboard to a difficult decision, or providing a new perspective, I truly love to help people and enjoy being part of an organization whose mission is to support entrepreneurs. I’m inspired everyday by the people we work with taking a leap of faith to pursue a problem and striving to deliver a solution.

Tell us one secret no one knows!

I went skydiving at 15!

Who would you invite over for your fantasy dinner?

A room full of comedians, past and present. I LOVE to laugh!

What would your last meal be?

A Smorgasbord! Crab legs with lots of lemon butter, tortilla chips with Pancho’s cheese dip, veggie fried rice, sushi, greens, cornbread, home-grown tomatoes, and warm caramel pecan brownies with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. (I shouldn’t have answered this question hungry!)

What are your hobbies?

1)  Camping–My husband and I bought a ‘98 Lance Truck Camper 3 years ago. Almost every weekend, you can find us at Lake Ouachita, our family’s cabin in North Central Arkansas, or exploring a new spot…with our two adventure pups, Cooper and Bindi.

2) Yoga–I’ve practiced yoga on and off since college but was reintroduced this year and I love it.

3) Cooking–I currently have 395 dinner recipes pinned to a Pinterest board and I’ve probably made 80% of them (some of them several times). Soups, curries, asian dishes and southern classics are my favorites. I make a mean coconut curry. : )

What is your fantasy travel destination?

Anywhere that’s dog friendly, secluded and has a great view.
