LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (Sep. 13, 2023) – The Venture Center is now accepting applications for both mentors and mentees for its VCWoman Achieve program at venturecenter.co until October 13. The program aims to connect female entrepreneurs across different stages of their professional journey.

VCWoman Achieve is a 12-month structured mentorship initiative, offering coaching, skill-building, and professional development. Established female executives and entrepreneurs are encouraged to apply as mentors, while those seeking guidance and expertise can apply as mentees.

“Our program’s mission centers on the power of coaching and mentorship. By bridging the gap between the next generation of female leaders and the vast experience of established professionals, we ensure valuable knowledge transfer and guidance,” stated Mimi San Pedro, chief strategy officer of The Venture Center. “Arkansas has a wealth of accomplished women who understand the profound impact of mentorship on business growth and evolution. Their active involvement in our program underscores the significance of this mentor-mentee relationship.”

Female Arkansas residents from all industries are encouraged to visit www.venturecenter.co for more information on how to apply as a mentor or mentee.
