Managing Social Media and Mental Health for Entrepreneurs

Social media is stressing you out. We know this. But for many business owners, social media is key to making the business work and a great networking tool. Managing mental health and social media is a tough needle to thread.

Join us Friday, June 25 at noon to discuss how to handle social media in a healthy way with mental health experts Bruce Trimble of The Bridgeway and Ken Clark of Chenal Family Therapy.

Bruce will cover some of the data on social media and mental health, and let us know about some apps that can be helpful for addressing mental health things (while we’re on our phone anyway!).

Ken will discuss how social media can be the best thing ever and the worst thing ever at the same time, and give practical tips on how to find a middle ground. He will also talk bout how the social media culture at the workplace can affect employee health, and how he manages it at his own company.

Bring your friends, your questions, and join us!
