About the Veteran-Owned Small Business Accelerator (VOSBA)

The Veteran-Owned Small Business Accelerator (VOSBA) is a specialized program in partnership with the Small Business Administration (SBA). Designed specifically for military veterans and their spouses, this accelerator provides the tools, resources, and expert guidance needed to enhance your business acumen and propel your entrepreneurial ventures. Over the course of 12 weeks, participants engage in a structured series of workshops and mentorship sessions, focusing on everything from strategic road-mapping and financial management to marketing and leadership, all tailored to the unique needs of Veteran-owned businesses.

First Cohort of Veteran-Owned Small Business Accelerator Completes Program with Final Business Presentations

Nine military veterans turned entrepreneurs recently presented their business ventures in downtown Little Rock as part of an inaugural accelerator program designed specifically for them. The event, a collaboration between The Venture Center and the U.S. Small Business Administration with support from the Little Rock Regional Chamber, attracted more than 70 investors, veterans, and community stakeholders, aiming to propel the growth of veteran-led businesses.
